Shipping within Australia

  • Your parcel is trackable

  • If you order on-line, you will receive an email containing the tracking number

  • If you order on the phone, you will need to ask us to send the tracking number to an email address

  • All items are tracked through the Australia Post system at this website: AUSPOST Track Your Item

Parcel Post

  • For smaller orders the cost is usually $10

  • Delivery will usually take up to one week, but perhaps longer when AusPost is under pressure (e.g.Christmas, COVID etc)

Shipping within Australia

Normal Shipping Service Standards

  • All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation

Invoice

  • On the outside of your parcel there will be a clear envelope, marked in red: "INVOICE ENCLOSED"

  • Your invoice is inside this envelope

  • Should you loose the original, we can provide a copy, on request, to your email address
